Who we are

This site and every ticket, pass, replay and item of merch sold on it are provided by Dougie Joyce, trading as 3D Fight Club ("3DFC", "we"), in association with Last Man Standing Promotions Ltd. To get in touch, contact us.

Buying

• Prices are in pounds and include booking. There are no fees added at checkout.
• Payment is taken by Square. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and we email you. If something goes wrong with an order, we will refund you in full.
• You must tick to agree to these terms before you pay. They are the terms that apply to your order.

Age

3DFC events are over 18s only. Photo ID is checked on the door and entry is refused without it. No refund is given if you cannot produce ID.

Tickets

• A ticket is a licence to attend, not a right to a specific seat unless you bought a named table.
• Tables are sold whole. A ringside table is ten seats and is not split.
• Your tickets are emailed as one link to a page holding every ticket in the order, each with its own QR code. Each code is scanned once. A screenshot works, a copy does not get you two entries.
• You can transfer a ticket to a named guest free of charge by emailing us before the event.
• Tickets for a dated event are exempt from the fourteen day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Once bought they are not refundable.
• If an event is cancelled outright, you get the face value back.
• If an event is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, email us within fourteen days of it being announced and we will refund the face value.
• If a bout or a named fighter changes, the event still stands and no refund is due. Cards change, that is the sport.

Pay per view and replays

• A single pass is for personal viewing on one device at a time.
• Showing the stream in a commercial venue needs a watch party licence. Showing it without one is a breach of these terms and we will pursue it.
• Recording, restreaming or redistributing the broadcast is not permitted.
• Access includes a replay window of seven days from the event, or seven days from purchase for a replay.
• Streams and replays are digital content. You normally have fourteen days to cancel a digital purchase. When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away and you agree that you lose that right once access is available to you. You tick a box at checkout to confirm this.
• We do not refund a pass because of a problem at your end, such as your connection or device. If the stream fails on our side for a material part of the card, email us and we will put it right, which can mean a refund. This does not affect your legal rights if what you bought is faulty.

Merch

• Merch is posted to UK addresses only. Postage is shown in the basket before you pay, and is free over the amount shown on the merch page.
• We aim to post within the time shown on the merch page and email you the day your order goes in the post.
• You have fourteen days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further fourteen days to send it back, unworn with any tags on. We refund the price of the items and the standard postage you paid, within fourteen days of getting them back. You pay the cost of sending them back unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.
• If an item is faulty or not as described, email us with your order reference and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your legal rights.
• When an event is on sale you can choose to collect your order at that event instead, free of postage. We email you a collection pass. Whoever shows the pass collects the order, so keep it to yourself. A collection pass is not a ticket.
• If you cannot make the event, email us before it and we will post your order instead, at the normal postage cost. Anything not collected on the night is kept for you for 30 days, then posted at the normal postage cost or refunded, your choice.
• Photos show the real product, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

In the venue

Security may refuse entry or remove anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive or carrying a prohibited item, with no refund. By attending you consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the crowd, and to that footage being used in broadcast and promotion. Venue rules apply on the night.

Fighters

Registering through this site is not an offer of a bout. Nobody is booked without a current medical, a weigh in and attendance at the rules meeting.

Using this site

Content on this site belongs to 3D Fight Club or its photographers and cannot be reused without permission. Fighter names, photos and cards are published in good faith and corrected when we are told they are wrong. Do not try to interfere with the site, the checkout or the stream.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses when you bought as a consumer. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Problems and the law

If something is not right, contact us and we will try to sort it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK you live in.
